Rebellion takes many forms. But to make merry – not only to feel happy, but to express it freely – is often the greatest rebellion of all.

Maybe you aren’t happy, and none of those other words of grace – peace, love, compassion, joy, freedom, abundance – apply? Maybe you’re even disappointed, bitter, riled or frustrated?

Then there is a gift here. The gift to see through the illusion. To return to the simple knowing of your own being, the beloved Self. This knowing shines as grace, as happiness.

This isn’t about emotionally bypassing the situation you are experiencing. Grace holds space for all emotions to be fully felt. And holds a core of unshakeable happiness, regardless of circumstance.
